General Public, 10/27/2017
Full disclosure: Norma and I didn't go to General Public for brunch yesterday (we went for dinner during Game 3 of the World Series), but it was delicious, and they do serve brunch on weekends, so I thought it would be worth it to write something about it (and help start populating this blog). I'll update this post once I go to General Public again for brunch, but hopefully this gives you a good idea of the vibe and noms for now!
Update 11/26/2017: I went to General Public again with my cousin for actual brunch today! Delicious per usual, my cousin ordered the steak sandwich, which came with a mountain of fries, and I ordered the sunny enchiladas - beef enchiladas with a sunny side up egg on top! Excellent flavor. :) We also had the avocado breakfast bread, which was delicious but nothing out of the ordinary avocado toast. Be sure to eat the arugula and split the plate too! :)
Brunch Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 10:30am-2:30pm
Brunch Specials: $1 mimosas, specialty farm breads
Vibe: Hipster chique, laid back
Prices: Entree $$, Appetizer $$,
When to go: Anytime you're hungry - I've never had to wait more than 5 min for a table

Not worth it: Nothing yet... :P
General Public only has/needs one dessert - a classic Birthday Cake - and it pairs fantastically with their french pressed coffee. Highly highly recommended if you still have room after your fish and chips and/or burger. They serve you a big slice, so split it with your table for best results.
